We Are Heroes

We Are Heroes is a 4-day stay-in immersion camp designed to empower teenagers aged 13-17 with the tools, mindset, and strategies needed to take control of their lives, envision their futures, and pursue their goals with confidence and purpose. This unique program not only focuses on personal growth for teens but also aims to strengthen the parent-child relationship, fostering deeper connections and understanding.

Program Focus

  • Core Development 1
    • Building Confidence through raising Self-Esteem and Self-Image
    • Bringing out Positive Inner Motivation through the process of Goal Setting
    • Instilling and emphasise on the importance of Discipline
  • Core Development 2  
    • Fostering Cohesion and Communication Skills through forming new friendships.
    • Learning Leadership Strategies while working together as a Team. 
    • Teens will learn about the virtue of Gratitude and renew the bond and relationships between Parent and Child.

    • Build Resilience through Guided Imagery and Visualisation exercises.
    • Learning techniques to Cope and Manage Stress.
